4. User Content

You retain ownership of any lesson content, plans, or resources you create on the platform. Unless explicitly shared, your materials remain private and accessible only to you.

5. AI-Generated Content

Some content on VibeTeach may be generated using artificial intelligence. We strive to ensure accuracy and quality, but we do not guarantee that AI-generated content is error-free, appropriate for all contexts, or compliant with curriculum standards.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the platform to:

• Upload or share content that is unlawful, harmful, or discriminatory
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or interfere with the platform’s services
• Use automation or bots without permission
• Access another user’s account without consent

7. Payments and Subscriptions

If you subscribe to a paid plan, payments are handled securely by a third-party provider. All fees are displayed before checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in advance. We do not offer refunds unless required by law.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain reliable service, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change or discontinue features at any time without notice.

9. Termination
